Forms > Templates lists the templates available to you. Search matches titles and descriptions.
Favouriting a template sorts it to the top of the list and puts it first in the dashboard's Forms row. It does not give you access to a template you could not already use.
Filling one in is covered in Fill out a form.
Step 1
Browse the templates
Open Forms > Templates. Favourites sort first, then everything else in the order your organisation has set, then by title.
Step 2
Search for one
Enter part of the title or description, and check the result is the template you want. Clear the search if nothing matches.
Step 3
Favourite it
Tap the empty star beside the template and check it fills in. Tapping a filled star removes the favourite.
Step 4
Check the list and the shortcut
Clear the search to see it sitting above the rest, then go back to the dashboard. Its Forms row shows up to five templates — favourites first, then ones you used recently. Tap the template to start a response, and check its title first.
Step 5
Other ways in
Favouriting is one route. The full template list and the search box both stay available, and the web dashboard has its own Forms > Form Templates view.
