On the dashboard's client import review, the one flagged row gets its missing last name typed in place, the file is re-validated and committed, and the summary lists the three clients created.

Good to know

Data import brings a spreadsheet into the app. Each kind of record has its own importer; this walkthrough uses Clients.

The shape of the job is: download the blank template, fill it in offline, upload it, review what it is about to do, then commit.

What it does

  • Download a blank template for clients, users, facilities, assets, inventory items or form responses.
  • Upload a PDF or Word document and have AI pull its rows into the same review grid.
  • See each flagged row with the reason, fix it on screen and re-validate.
  • Commit the rows you choose · large or destructive changes ask you to type a word to confirm.
  • Edit what you already hold in bulk by starting an import from your current records.
